"Last week I had trouble with my residential heat pump that I purchased through Frey Mechanical.  I was fairly sure it was a bad condenser fan motor. 
My wife and I were hosting a get-together on the weekend for 25 people and we were suffering a fair degree of angst related to not having heating/cooling.  Steve F. took my call and determined that you all could find, pick up a motor, and install by Friday morning.
Sure enough, on Friday morning your tech was there and finished in about an hour.  You all likely receive lots of complaints when things don’t go well.  In this case, things went not only well, but great.  Also, my wife shared that the tech was not just proficient, but also polite to her as a customer (she also mentioned that he said that he enjoys working for Frey Mechanical).
